From the month of August through the end of December our family runs at mach speed. Between the girls at theatre, soccer and school, and our work schedules, it’s mayhem and we somehow get through with lots of laughter, tears and hefty prayers. We tell ourselves at the end of the year that we can’t run like that again and there has to be a better way. Sigh…we shall see in 2018.
The end of 2017 we were exhausted and ready for some R&R and since we don’t have much time to go anywhere exotic on vacation, I think our family can agree our Lake Roesiger cabin is a perfect spot for some chill. My in-laws recently purchased a tiny house for the property and it is pretty dang sweet. We slept in every day, walked out to the dock to admire the amazing view of Mount Pilchuck.
